Anna Kubelík and Tarik Goetzke develop collaborative works at the intersection of installation, printmaking, architecture, text, performance and audio. Their projects combine visual, spatial and narrative dimensions into site-specific works in which material, voice and perception interweave.
Anna Kubelík is an artist and Professor of Artistic and Experimental Presentation and Design at HTWG Konstanz. She is also a Principal Investigator in the 'Matters of Activity' Cluster of Excellence at Humboldt University in Berlin.
In her artistic practice, she works at the intersection of installation art, printmaking, architecture, sound art and performance art. Her work combines artistic, scientific, and spatial considerations, exploring non-human forms of expression and their spatial and sonic contexts.
Her work has been exhibited internationally at institutions including the Kunstgewerbemuseum Berlin, Villa Massimo in Rome, and the Goethe-Institut Beijing.
Tarik Goetzke is an artist and writer. He creates audio works and installations for exhibitions, museums, and public spaces. His pieces emerge at the intersection of text, sound, and spatial contexts. They explore listening as a situated and perspective-bound form of perception.
Many of his pieces are part of the ongoing ME+ format, which he started in 2017 with the visual artist Anna Kubelík. In his multi-perspective texts, he combines narrative, sonic and spatial elements to create site-specific listening experiences.
Goetzke’s works have been presented internationally at exhibitions, performances and institutions, including the Kunstgewerbemuseum Berlin, the Goethe-Institut China and the Villa Massimo in Rome.
